I got wide palms and short fingers, but I’m determined

Is it harder to do with smaller hands ?

This is the very first trick I learned. Saw it on a tv ad back when there were only 3 channels and all black and white. Received a book, thumb tip and scarf. This trick was the last one at back of the book and was supposed to a very difficult one. I was able to do it right away but couldn’t do the back vanish and didn’t understand the thumb tip. Didn’t think anyone would be foolish enough to fall for it so never practiced it. (I was only 10). That was 52 years ago. Now I’m practicing all these with my grandson. Sure wish I had just a fraction of these videos back then. Thanks, though, for bringing this hobby, artform, etc. back to me !
